Marketing and Communications Intern

The Marketing and Communications Intern will assist Discover Classical in promoting its programming and activities.
The intern will:

- Help develop a social media strategy and schedule

- Promote and prepare for special events

- Create content for the station's social media, Web site and e-mail newsletter

- Perform other duties as assigned

The intern should have education and experience in marketing and communications, promotions, social media, and writing for an online audience. Familiarity with radio broadcasting, nonprofit fundraising and classical music would be helpful, but is not required.

This unpaid internship is for spring or summer 2018, with flexible starting and ending dates to accommodate the student's academic term. To apply, send a resume, cover letter and samples of previous marketing materials to Adam Alonzo at adama@dpr.org.
