Interference Report

Tell us if you've experienced interference on WDPR-FM 88.1

The station has received several complaints about WDPR-FM 88.1 suddenly going off the air. Virtually all of the complaints point to an outside source of interference, and have come from areas East and Northeast of Dayton. These outages should not be confused with FM static, and seem to last for about 15 minutes. In order to determine the cause of interference, the station and the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) are asking for your assistance. If you experience an outage of the station, please note the following.

5. Is it an HD radio?

6. Antenna (built into the radio, indoor or outdoor)

7. Duration of the interference

8. What does it sound like? For example: noise, or audio from another station, etc.

10. Do you have recordings of the interference?
