Larry has been Discover Classical's weekday morning host since 1987, and is the producer of the twice-weekly feature ArtsFocus. He is also the station's Operations Manager and is responsible for the broadcasts of Performance Today, Composers Datebook, Met Opera and other nationally syndicated programs. As Larry often says, "There's more to the job than meets the ear."

In 2019, Larry was inducted into the Dayton Area Broadcasters Hall of Fame.
