Raffle
Rising Stars is a gala with delicious food and drink, musical performances, a raffle with giveaways, and fun with friends, all in support of Discover Classical.
The Gala is Saturday, May 30, at the University of Dayton's Daniel J. Curran Place. Doors open for everyone at 6pm. Enjoy mingling with friends, browsing the raffle table, and meeting the 2026 Young Talent Search Winners from 6 - 7pm. That's followed by a welcoming message and a champagne toast for all. The first musical performance begins at 7:10pm.
Attendees can enjoy heavy hors d'oeuvres, complimentary beer and wine, and performances by our 2026 Young Talent Search winners. Also on the program is a special performance by vocalist Maya Vansuch Wurth, a winner of the 2013 Young Talent Search. Cocktail attire requested.
Daniel J. Curran Place is located at 1700 S. Patterson Blvd, Dayton. Valet parking is available and lot parking is in Lot R1 (turn right at the digital sign). Discover Classical volunteers will be at the entrances to assist you.
